"Since the implementation of the Quality Program across the hospital campus, my job as manager of the medical specialist centre has suddenly become a lot easier. Inputting information into the Program takes minimal time, and you see instant results - after inputting the monthly statistics, it's fun to press that button and see that you have achieved a 'blue box'. If you see the 'wrong' colour in any area, you quickly realise what is needed to achieve a better result next month.

All the staff at the centre have become involved, and at month's end when the figures have been entered everyone gathers around to see what 'colour's we have achieved that month, and they are now more aware of the effects of things like overtime and sick leave. It has also provided an excellent visual means for the specialists who rent our rooms. They now see how much work they are putting through the Mater Hospital, which in turn, encourages all staff to promote the hospital a lot more."

"What I like about ScoreTrak® is its ease of use compared with other programs. Especially the ease with which I can now drill down on all departments across both hospitals and at each level examine current trends against targets and last year.
